India House is a classically designed home centered around a vibrant courtyard. The richly decorated living room and family-sized dining table are perfect for gatherings in any season. Exposed beams and tall sash windows create an airy feel for summer, while two central fireplaces add warmth in winter. The open-plan kitchen features timber floors and oak and gold finishes. All three en-suite bedrooms offer spacious bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, plus a luxurious bath with views of the fynbos gardens. The Master Suite, with the interleading children's bedroom is perfect for a family of four. Despite its luxurious decor, India House remains welcoming to young children and dogs.

Enjoy two en-suite bedrooms, a walled garden with indigenous plants, and a wood-fired hot tub with breathtaking mountain views. Mapacha, which means "twins" in Swahili, is India House's sister house. The minimalist concrete exterior boasts a beautiful Swahili door sourced by the owners when visiting the old East African town of Lamu, Kenya. Mapacha House can accommodate 4 adults and up to 2 children (1 single pull-out children's bed per room, available on request)

Inspired by Swahili design and decor, Mapacha House is elegant yet comfortable with two en-suite bedrooms, with private light-filled bathrooms each with a unique mountain vista. Glass sliding doors open out onto a well appointed veranda, a walled garden planted with indigenous fynbos and fragrant herbs, and unforgettable mountain views. An unobtrusive wood-fired hot tub extends beyond the original "kraal" wall into untamed mountain wilderness.

The Pavilion is a modern extension to India House which blends seamlessly with the mountain landscape and offers an ideal sheltered yet open space throughout all seasons. It offers a large communal dining and lounge space, as well as an indoor braai area and pizza oven.
